VCI Builds is my business and I take personal responsibility for each and every project we do. I spent 4 years serving in the military where I learned to be organized, goal-oriented, how to efficiently management project, and use clear and concise communication.
After exiting the Military, I went to college and worked full-time for a General Contractor. After College, I opened a welding and steel fabrication shop in Nashville, TN. I operated that business for 3 years before moving back to California to begin construction company. I have been happily married now for almost a decade living with my wife and 2 German shepherds in Orange County. In my free time I enjoy everything California has to offer dirt biking, snowboarding and enjoying the summer at the ocean.
Each and every project is very personal to me which is why I want you to know the type of person I am. I understand your home is your biggest investment and I do not take your trust lightly. I look forward to working with you.

Licenses and Certifications
- General Contractor Type B – We can perform general construction and building projects of both commercial and residential dwellings that are meant for occupancy.
- Schluter Waterproofing Certification – For bath remodeling and installation of a Schluter system and its use of bonded waterproofing technology.
- Upunor PEX Certified Installer – PEX is short for cross-linked polyethylene. PEX pipes, which are used for radiant heating and cooling systems, water piping, and insulation for electrical cables. Upunor has been making PEX pipe for radiant floor heating since 1970, longer than any other PEX manufacturer.

I operate as a cost plus contractor, offering full transparency; you see every material bill. The project cost is based on materials + labor. If you decide to change the project in any way those change orders specifically outline the new cost. There are no hidden or surprise costs.
